Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at ADDS@buksa.com. A $100.00 (plus. 5% GST) cancellation fee will apply for Physician, Industry/Non-Physician, and Single-Day conference registrations, and a $25.00 (plus 5% GST) for Fellow, Resident, Student, Nurse, and Guest registrations cancelled until April 24, 2017. After this date, no refunds will be issued. No refunds will be issued for dinner tickets at any time.
